Britt Franc is a Canadian born yoga teacher who has lived in France for the past ten years. She has been teaching yoga for 15 years in a variety of traditions including vinyasa, hatha and yin. She brings a focus on simplicity, breath work and organic movement. Music is also often an important part of her practice. Her teaching embodies the values of feeling good in the body and softening into our natural form. She lives at foot of one of her favourite mountains in the Pays Gex with her husband, two daughters and her animals.
